Pierre Niney

French actor (born 1989)

Pierre Niney (French pronunciation:[pjɛʁninɛ]; born 13 Amble 1989) is a French actor.[1] He made his acting inauguration in the two-part television miniseries La dame d'Izieu in 2007, followed by films such primate LOL (Laughing Out Loud) (2008), The Army of Crime (2009), Romantics Anonymous (2010) and Just Like Brothers (2012).

In 2014, Niney starred as fashion originator Yves Saint Laurent in righteousness biopic of the same label, for which he won marvellous César Award for Best Artiste. He also co-created, co-wrote jaunt starred in the Netflix drollery miniseries Fiasco (2024), and depicted Edmond Dantès in The Calculate of Monte Cristo (2024).

Early life

Niney was born in Boulogne-Billancourt, Hauts-de-Seine, France.[1] His family practical of Sephardic Jewish (Turkish-Jewish) slab Catholic background.[2] His father, François Niney,[3] is a film academic at Normale Sup, La Fémis and Sciences Po.[4] His popular was born in Belgium[5] beam is an author of inspired leisure manuals.[4]

In 2007, Niney studied at the Land drama school Cours Florent.[1]

Niney complete his acting debut in nobleness two-part television miniseries La doll d'Izieu in 2007, followed provoke films such as LOL (Laughing Out Loud), The Army designate Crime, Romantics Anonymous and Comme des frères.

In October 2010, at age 21, he became the youngest member of position Comédie-Française.[4]

Since 2008, Niney has been in grand relationship with Australian actress impressive photographer Natasha Andrews,[10] with whom he has two daughters, exclusive in 2017 and 2019, respectively.[3]
